LCI_FRONT.jpgThe PGY2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy residency at Carolinas Medical Center is a program currently in pre-candidate status for ASHP accreditation. After the first resident starts in June 2017, the program will enter candidate status. The program is twelve months in duration and is designed to create competent oncology clinical pharmacists who are leaders in their field. Graduates will also be well prepared for board certification.
