As one of the leading healthcare systems in the nation, Carolinas HealthCare System helps companies maintain a healthy, productive workforce through its Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
What is an EAP?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a program of support services offered by companies to their employees. Professional counselors throughout Carolinas HealthCare System’s behavioral health services help employees address substance abuse and alcohol abuse issues, as well as mental health, marital, financial and family troubles. Carolinas HealthCare System provides confidential counseling, comprehensive assessments, and prevention and wellness advice that is free to employees.
