Atrium Health offers Teen Lifestyle Changes, a weight management program for teenagers (ages 16 to 18) who are struggling with excess weight.
If you’re an adolescent struggling with your weight, you are not alone. Many teenagers find it hard to maintain a healthy weight, and many parents don’t know how to help their teens develop healthy eating and exercise habits.
Our Teen Lifestyle Changes program includes:
