Dr. Anthony is board certified in internal medicine with a specialty in gastroenterology. He has clinical interests in colon cancer screenings, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), endoscopies, colonoscopies, acid reflux, Barrett's esophagus, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and hemorrhoids.
Dr. Anthony is the chief of gastroenterology at Atrium Health Pineville and the medical director of gastroenterology and outpatient endoscopy at Atrium Health Gastroenterology and Hepatology Kenilworth.
He has been named a Top Doctor by Charlotte magazine and the North Carolina Business Journal.
Dr. Anthony received his medical degree at Florida State University and completed residency and a fellowship at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
He is a sports enthusiast who loves football, basketball, tennis and golf. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his 3 sons.
