Dr. Manuel is board certified in psychiatry and specializes in interventional and neurocognitive psychiatry at Atrium Health Behavioral Health, a facility of Carolinas Medical Center. She has a special interest in electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation and psychiatric care in an emergency department setting.
She received her medical degree and completed her residency at East Carolina University.
