“Developmental disorders are some of the most prevalent chronic medical conditions of childhood. Many children with special needs also have a feeding challenge. Being part of a multidisciplinary team to address complex feeding difficulties is a passion of mine. Our process works; children get better and that is why I do it.”
Noone is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She specializes in pediatrics and developmental pediatrics, including developmental delays, learning challenges, autism spectrum disorders, genetic disorders with developmental and behavioral concerns, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) and feeding difficulties.
She is certified in the Triple P - Positive Parenting Program for children from birth through teenage years. The Triple P Program is a parenting and family support system designed to prevent and treat behavioral and emotional problems in children and teenagers.
She has always had a passion for neurology, how the brain works, psychology and behavior. She feels teaching caregivers about why a behavior happens and how to promote desired behaviors is very rewarding.
She received her master’s degree in nursing at Emory University.
She loves spending time outside of work with her husband, their 2 boys and their dog. She likes gardening, creative arts, playing golf, skiing, traveling and hiking, and she is hoping to visit every national park in the country.
