A message from our Chief Human Resources Officer:
"When patients and their family members come to Carolinas HealthCare System, they put their lives in our hands. That's why it's critical they receive the best care possible from caregivers who understand their particular needs, regardless of religion, ethnicity, race, socioeconomic background or disability. We need talented and skilled employees from diverse backgrounds who fully embrace the needs of our patients and their fellow employees.
Having worked in healthcare and higher education for more than 20 years, I've seen firsthand the importance of a diverse workforce with a culture of inclusion and understanding. I'm proud to continue our longstanding commitment to diversity through our many recruiting and educational programs.
It's clear to me that our people make the difference, and it's my passion to keep our people engaged, motivated and on the receiving end of a great employee experience."
