The American Cancer Society predicts that more than 300,000 Americans will be diagnosed with cancer of the genitourinary system this year. This group includes prostate, kidney, bladder and testicular cancers. To effectively serve patients in the greater metropolitan Charlotte region with these cancers, Blumenthal Cancer Center offers the region's only multidisciplinary cancer care programs in prostate, bladder, kidney and testes cancer involving experts in genitourinary surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology and pathology.
