What is Group Therapy?
Group therapy will allow Carolinas Psychiatry & Behavioral Wellness to offer several psychotherapy groups led by our staff that provides a supportive environment focusing on a variety of issues such as healthy coping skills, relationship issues, pain management, etc. Research has found group psychotherapy to be as effective, or in some cases, more effective than individual psychotherapy for a wide variety of issues.
