1 small banana (about 3/4 C. sliced)
2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
2 tsp. light butter
1 scoop sugar-free frozen yogurt (about 3 oz.)
Peel and slice banana. Place slices in microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and dot with light butter. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute, until butter is melted. Spoon over sugar free yogurt. Prep time is 5 minutes. Cook time is 1 minute.
