Our Virtual Critical Care technology provides 24-hour, real-time supervision for critically ill patients. So even in the latest hours of the night or earliest hours of the morning, you can rest easy knowing a critical care expert is always on hand with an immediate care response for our patients.
The two-way audio/video monitoring connects the ICU team to a central command center operated by critical care experts. While monitoring patients in the ICU, Virtual Critical Care technology provides immediate alerts to the ICU team when needed. The goal of the ICU team and the Virtual Critical Care team is to help patients stabilize and get out of the ICU as soon as possible.

How will I know when the Virtual Critical Care team is observing my care/loved-one’s care?
The privacy of our patients is very important. The Virtual Critical Care team will only use the camera in the room after notifying visitors and staff at the beside. A “doorbell” chime will be heard when the Virtual Critical team is about to enter the room, using the camera. At all other times, the camera is off.
