Victoria has spent lots of time in Levine Children's Hospital throughout her short life. In the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery at Levine Children's Hospital for the first 18 days of her life, Victoria came home only to be diagnosed six days later with acute myelogenous leukemia.

Unfortunately, Victoria was to receive more bad news when she was 7 months old. She was diagnosed with a heart condition and would need a transplant. At the age of 3 Victoria underwent successful heart surgery. Today, she is thriving.

"When I am reading to her at night I think about everything she has been through," said Dad Craig Waters. "I look down and see how perfect she is."

Victoria 95.1FM

In celebration of Victoria's fight, "Victoria 95.1 FM" hosted a "Play Anything Day," taking requests in exchange for a donation to Levine Children's Hospital.

"Not only are we naming the station after her for a day in celebration of her strength and courage," said Operations Manager/Program Director John Reynolds, "but this day is also about our listeners who will be able to give back to Levine Children's Hospital, which has given so much to this community." Victoria is a beautiful kindergartner who loves balloons, tea parties, doing cartwheels and playing with her Chihuahua, "Barbie."
