Ms. Alkhazraji received her BS in neuroscience with a minor in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and her MSPH in public health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has been the research coordinator for the past three years of the study entitled “Comparative Effectiveness of Asthma Interventions Within an AHRQ PBRN (ACE Study),” which is implementing comparative effectiveness methods to improve outcomes for patients with asthma. Her interests include reproductive epidemiology, heart disease in women, and racial and ethnic disparities in access to and quality of healthcare. She is a native Spanish speaker and is culturally competent regarding the Hispanic community.
