1.	How do I navigate this site?
	To get around our site with ease, use our primary navigation to the left of the content area. This is where you will find our categories. For other helpful links, simply use the navigation bars at the top and bottom of each page. These two bars contain the same links, so if you have scrolled to the bottom of a page you can select the same links without scrolling back to the top.
2.	How do I search for the information I need?
	The easiest and fastest way to find something on our site is to "Search the System", located at the top middle of each page. If you are looking to find a subject quickly, our general search is the fastest option. Just type the subject in the empty field and press "GO". For more specific searches, look to number 3 below.
3.	What if I didn't find what I was looking for?
	If "Search the System" didn't give you the results you desired, try Advanced Search. Advanced Search is located at the top and bottom right corner of every page.
4.	What is the information in the teal bar near the top of the page?
	The teal bar gives you a "trail of pages" back the CHS Home Page. Each page listed is a link, so that you can navigate back to the Home Page one level at a time.
5.	How do I get back to the Home Page (first page of the web site)?
	You can always navigate to the Home Page by clicking on the "Home" link in the teal bar near the top of the page or by clicking on the CHS Tree of Life logo in the top left corner of the page.
6.	What do I do if I get an "error" message such as 'Permission Denied' or 'File Not Found'?
	There may be several reasons why you'd get such an error message, including: · The site you're visiting may be busy or temporarily down. Try again later. · The site may be denying people access, intentionally or unintentionally. You might consider trying to contact the webmaster directly via email.
