What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive at our centers, you will be greeted at the registration desk and asked to sign-in so that we can obtain the necessary contact and insurance information necessary to treat you. As soon as an examination room is available, you will be called by as nurse who will take your vital signs and a brief medical history. A physician or a physician's assistant will then see you as soon as possible.
How long will my visit take?
We make every attempt to treat patients promptly in the order of their arrival. However there may be some situations where a patient whose injury or illness is deemed more serious and though they arrived after you, may be treated first. We ask for your understanding and patience in these situations.
The length of your visit will also be determined based upon your condition. You may need to wait for results from laboratory testing, X-rays or consultations.
If at any time you have a question about your visit or reasons for delays, please ask at the registration desk or check with your nurse.
