STROKE SURVIVOR/ FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP

Participants of this group can learn and share experiences with others going through the same experiences. The group is led by a certified rehabilitation registered nurse. The Stroke Survivor/Family Support Group will help survivors and families get more information, find encouragement and support, as well as allow them to share their thoughts and feelings with others. Along the way, they will discover many helpful tips for handling the changes that stroke can bring.

The Stroke Survivor/Family Support Group meets the second Wednesday of each month at 2 p.m. at:
