With a rare subspecialty in neurourology, Dr. Michael Kennelly treats patients with
neurological disorders that affect bladder function. Dr. Kennelly helps restore healthy
bladder function to people with such conditions as:

- Spinal-cord injury
- Stroke
- Orthopedic conditions

As Director of Urology at the
Carolinas Rehabilitation, Dr. Kennelly takes a multi-disciplinary approach, working
together with neurologists, physiatrists (rehabilitation physicians), and internal medicine specialists
as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes. In addition, Dr. Kennelly is actively involved in numerous
clinical trials aimed at technological and pharmaceutical advancements in the treatment of neurological
