Integrative Health Evaluation
During an integrative medical evaluation, clients will meet one of our physicians who is trained in
both conventional medicine and complementary approaches to health and illness. A majority of the 60-minute
appointment time will focus on gathering a very detailed history of the client's health and may include a
physical examination. He or she will be asked to complete a questionnaire and send copies of medical records.
These will be reviewed as part of the evaluation. After all the information is gathered, your physician will
present personalized healthcare recommendations that may help optimize his or her health.
