Appointments And Hours
To make an appointment for any Carolinas Integrative Health service or therapy, call 704-355-WELL (704-355-9355), 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., M-F and 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., Tu, W, and Thurs. Walk-ins are welcome for complementary and alternative therapies, though clients are advised to make an appointment at least one week in advance to guarantee the convenient appointment time of their choice. Integrative medical evaluation appointments must be made in advance.

Payments
Payment is requested at the end of the appointment or class. Carolinas Integrative Health accepts cash, check, VISA®, Mastercard® and American Express®. No tipping, please.

While Carolinas Integrative Health does not accept insurance as payment, it provides payment receipts for services rendered as well as the treatment codes used by most insurance companies so that clients can apply for reimbursement.
