NorthEast Neurology accepts most major insurance carriers and will assist you in filing claims for health care services. Should you have any questions about any insurance or billing issues, please call our office during normal business hours.
Co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance amounts are due at the time of service. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. When your insurance has responded, any remaining amount you owe will be billed to you at your home address. Please remit any payment due within 30 days. If you should need to make special arrangements concerning your bill, please call the office prior to your appointment. For questions about a bill you have received, please call CHS Central Billing office at 877-801-2407.
Medicare and most private insurance companies are accepted. Please remember to bring your insurance cards to each visit so we may file your insurance properly. You will be asked to sign a waiver if your office visit or procedure is not authorized by your insurance company.
If you do not have insurance, we ask that you pay 50 percent of the amount due at the time of service. If you are unable to pay, please call and reschedule your appointment for a more convenient day and time. In addition, we offer patient financial assistance.
