Juggling the demands of work, family and other responsibilities isn’t always easy. Unforeseen and upsetting life events also happen – whether it’s divorce, illness or a death in the family and can add another layer of stress.

There may be times when you start to feel overwhelmed and perhaps even distracted on the job as a result. That’s when your Atrium Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can assist with readily available resources to help you navigate and deal with everyday and more significant life stressors.

Help is available today

With your EAP, you and your family members have easy access to free, confidential counseling and resources to help you cope with a variety of work-life challenges.

Our licensed and trained counselors are ready to help. Access to your EAP is:

  • Free: Counseling, educational seminars, wellness information and tools are provided at no cost.
  • Confidential: Your employer won’t know if, why or how you used the program.
  • Convenient: You can access the program by logging into your secure portal. Here you’ll also find the number you can call to speak to a counselor 24/7.
