Levine Cancer Institute partners with CMC Surgery to create a multidisciplinary hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) program that treats patients with complex diseases related to pancreatic cancer, primary liver cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer and bile duct cancer. Our team is comprised of specialists in gastroenterology, hepatology, oncology, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, pathology and liver and pancreas surgery collaborating to treat patients with primary and metastatic liver cancer and other hepatobiliary disease.
Because of the challenges of early diagnosis in hepatobiliary disease, specialized treatment becomes essential for patients who have been diagnosed. We are dedicated to providing each patient with exceptional care through the entire course and treatment of his or her disease. We offer the latest advances in the prevention, detection, diagnosis and treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancer, and our multidisciplinary team of health care professionals is committed to providing patients with the most comprehensive cancer care available.
Focus on the Patient
Communication with patients and caregivers is an important priority at Levine Cancer Institute. We believe that treating the whole person, not just the disease, is best for patients and family members. At Levine Cancer Institute, we offer a broad range of emotional support programs designed to help patients and family members cope with the range of issues related to life during and after cancer treatment.
