Lisa Tardo-Green, MSN, RN
Ms. Tardo-Green is an ADN and BSN graduate of Cabarrus College of Health Sciences. She received her Master's Degree in Nursing Education at Duke University School of Nursing.
Prior to joining the faculty at Cabarrus College, she was a member of the Emergency Care Team at CMC-NorthEast. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau-Epsilon Mu in March 2009 and is a current member of the National League of Nursing.
Ms. Tardo-Green is a past member of the U.S. Army Reserves where she served as her unit's Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of training.
In her spare time she likes to sew, bake, and do home-improvement projects.
Lisa M. Lunsford
Nurse Aide Coordinator
Ms. Lunsford is an ADN graduate of Stanly Community College in Albemarle. She also holds an AS in OTA from Stanly Community College. She has been in the medical field for over 15 years.
Prior to joining the faculty at Cabarrus College she taught Health Science in the public school system. Her work experience includes working with geriatrics in LTC and home health, pediatrics, dialysis, and hospice. She has also worked as a Personal Care Service nursing supervisor for a home care agency.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 sons and 1 daughter. In her spare time, she loves to work in her garden, canning, cooking and singing at church.
NA I Instructor
Ms. Ann Schrader is a 1978 graduate from Lutheran Medical Center School of Nursing St. Louis, MO.
Prior to joining the faculty at Cabarrus College she continues to work for Carolina Urology Partners as an independent medicine reconstituter in their drug study program. She has worked at CMC in the NICU and Infectious Disease at St. Louis Children's Hospital St. Louis, Mo. She has experience in Long Term Care/Drug dispensing. She has served as a nursing supervisor for a Home Care Service and Supplemental Staffing.
Ms. Schrader on the Board of the Cannon Memorial YMCA and is very active in community affairs.
In her spare time she plays tennis, travels and enjoys participating in 5K runs.
Student Account Specialist
Involved in account receivables since 1995, Ms. Barbee most recently worked at CMC-NorthEast as a Patient Account Representative before transferring to the College from CMC-NorthEast in 2006 to become the Student Account Specialist. Currently she is attending school to obtain her degree in Business Administration.
In her free time, Ms. Barbee likes to spend time with her family and volunteer at her church as the drama and puppet team director. Since 1993, she continues to use her skill of American Sign Language to assist Handprints Ministries within the deaf community.
