Self Help for Hard of Hearing

Neonatal Resuscitation
An American Heart Association instructor teaches healthcare professionals about sirway management and resuscitation in the newborn population. The course is taught each year in the Main Conference Room. Fee: $35. (929) 879-7517.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider Class
This two-day, hands-on course for hrealthcare providers covers resuscitation of adults, including life-threatening arrhythmias. Current healthcare provider card required. This class is offered twice a year and meets in the Main Conference Room. Fee: $35. 828-879-7517.

Diabetes Support Group
Certified diabetes educator provides information about issues that affect the daily living of people with diabetes. This free class meets the second Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. in Conference Room #3 and at 7 p.m. in Conference Room #2. 828-874-2251, ext. 354.

Diabetes Management Class
