Employee Assistance Program counseling is provided on a confidential basis at no cost to employees. The counselor will help clarify your concerns and offer treatment options. If further counseling is required, you will be referred to a treatment professional in your area.
Our EAP counselors are experts in their fields. All counselors hold master’s degrees and several have doctorate degrees. Some counselors have additional credentials, including Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Licensed Employee Assistance Professional (LEAP), Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and/ or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). These certifications ensure they are prepared to address the needs of today’s workforce.
