Dr. Larrabee joined Cabarrus Pediatrics in 1987. She attended medical school at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine, now known as the Wake Forest School of Medicine, and completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Larrabee works at Cabarrus Pediatrics’ Concord and Kannapolis offices. She is also part of the medical team at the Children's Advocacy Center at Jeff Gordon Children's Hospital. She has always had a strong interest in working with children who have been neglected, or physically or sexually abused. In the office, she especially enjoys caring for families through the generations, watching children grow from infancy to being parents themselves.
In her free time, Dr. Larrabee enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She is active in the Boy Scouts of America with her son Matthew, and is a dog therapy volunteer at the hospital with her Golden Retriever Champ. She enjoys reading and being outdoors. She is a fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats, the Carolina Panthers and the Cincinnati Reds.
