Cardiac Rehabilitation

CMC-NorthEast’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Program in Concord, NC aims to help individuals make a full recovery from heart problems and return to an active lifestyle Individuals of all ages are accepted into the program by physician referral. Participants include those who have undergone angioplasty, stent or coronary bypass surgery, have been diagnosed with heart disease, or are recovering from a heart attack, heart valve replacement or repair.

The program is certified by the North Carolina Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Association. Our team includes exercise physiologists, cardiac nurses, physicians, registered dietitians, and behavioral counselors. The program consists of three phases, which should be followed by continued maintenance of the new and healthier lifestyle.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Class Times

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 
10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 
4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
