Completion Rates: There were no first-time, full-time students (students with no previous college credits) enrolled in the 2010-11 academic year. Of all students who enrolled in the 2010-11 academic year, 79 percent completed the program.
Program Satisfaction: The graduates of 2012-13 rated their satisfaction with the program as 4.87 on a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being the highest level and 1 being the lowest level).
NCLEX-RN Success Rates: Graduates must successfully complete the nurse licensing exam (NCLEX-RN) to become a Registered Nurse. The success rates of Mercy graduates who took the test for the first time were:
2006 – 100%; 2007 – 93%; 2008 – 95%; 2009 – 100%; 2010 – 99%; 2011 – 100%; 2012 – 94%; 2013 – 99%
Employment: Eighty-two percent of 2012 qualified graduates secured nursing positions within six months following graduation.
