Zumba Fitness Class 6 - 7 p.m., Mondays CMC-Mercy auditorium, located at 2001 Vail Ave. Instructor Alanna Brewton, BS, CSAC, CPT, will lead you through a rigorous and fun dance-aerobics workout using upbeat Latin music and easy-to-follow moves. Massage Therapy at CMC-Mercy Have you ever wished you had an inexpensive option to the high prices of the local spas? As part of our patient-centered care initiative we are offering massage therapy. Cancer Wellness Exercise Program at the Dowd YMCA 10:15 - 11:30 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays Learn to manage the physical side effects of cancer before, during and after treatment.
