Massage Therapy at CMC-Mercy
Have you ever wished you had an inexpensive option to the high prices of the local spas? As part of our patient-centered care initiative we are offering massage therapy. Massage has proven health benefits so treat yourself to a therapeutic massage by a licensed massage therapist.

Body Composition Assessment Testing

Cancer Wellness Exercise Program at the Dowd YMCA
10:15 - 11:30 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Learn to manage the physical side effects of cancer before, during and after treatment. This eight-week program works to enhance strength, endurance and flexibility. Free to participants thanks to a grant from 24 Hours of Booty. Call 704-716-6150 to register.
