Whether you’re a marathon runner or lean more toward 5K or fun runs, Carolinas HealthCare System experts can help you prepare for race day. Attend the 2015 Running Clinic for practical answers to questions asked by any level of runner: When should I see a sports medicine physician? Do I need to get a gait analysis? Am I eating what I should to fuel my body for runs?

When: November 5, 2015
An (optional) three-mile run with a doctor begins at 6 p.m.
Presentation and panel discussion: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A panel discussion will follow the presentation to allow questions from the audience.

Matt Minard

Matt Minard, PT, DPT
Minard, who has a doctorate in physical therapy, enjoys working with patients of all types, but has a passion for working with runners and general orthopedic diseases and conditions.

Dr Fogarty

Alicia Fogarty, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN
Fogarty, a registered dietitian at Carolinas HealthCare System, is a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics.
