The Radiologic Technology program is part science and part art. Radiologic technology deals with the use of x-rays for diagnostic purposes in medicine. Please be aware that only complete applications with transcripts and test scores will be processed.

The instructions below will help you submit a complete application. We suggest that you submit your online application, fee and all transcripts at the same time. There are five easy steps to apply:

Step 1 - Application

Submit your completed application and the non-refundable $50 application fee.

Step 2 - High School Transcripts*

A minimum 2.5 weighted High School GPA is required. Submit an official, unopened high school transcript.

Step 3 - College Transcripts (if applicable)

A minimum 2.5 cumulative college GPA is required. Submit official, unopened college transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.

Step 4 - SAT or ACT Test Scores*

A minimum 900 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT is required. Scores which are part of an official transcript are acceptable. Score reports may be mailed directly to Carolinas College of Health Sciences or submitted as part of the admission packet. The College utilizes only the Critical Reading and Math portions when calculating the SAT score.

Step - 5 Deadline

Submit a complete application by the deadline. All required documents must be post-marked by the deadline.

* Applicants with a baccalaureate degree may waive SAT/ACT scores or high school transcript. If applicant is accepted to the radiologic technology program, high school transcripts may be required to show proof of pre-requisite requirements.
