How to Apply to Radiation Therapy

Please be aware that only complete applications with transcripts and test scores will be processed. The instructions below will help you submit a complete application. We suggest that you submit your application, fee and all transcripts at the same time.

Step 1 - Application

Submit your completed program application and the non-refundable $50 application fee.

Step 2 - College Transcripts

A minimum 2.5 cumulative college GPA is required.  Submit an official, unopened college transcript from all post-secondary institutions attended.

Step 3 – Successful Completion of College Level Algebra

Submit official transcripts showing completion of college-level algebra from an accredited institution prior to program entry.   

Step 4 – Copy of Current ARRT certification Card

Submit a copy of your current ARRT certification card.  Applicants who are registry-eligible or who are currently enrolled in a program will be required to submit proof of certification prior to program entry.  

Step 5 – Three Completed Carolinas College Reference Forms

Submit three, sealed references on the Carolinas College Reference forms from a Program Director, Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Instructor, or Employer. 

Step - 6 Deadline

Submit a complete application by the deadline.  All required documents must be post-marked by the deadline.
