The "jump training" program is comprised of a dynamic warm-up, jumping/plyometric drills, strength training and speed/agility exercises. The program's overall focus is on developing overall leg stability while improving balance strength from the front to the back of the thigh.
Programs are offered at 11 convenient locations throughout Mecklenburg, Lincoln and Union counties. Training will occur 3 times per week for a six-week period (18 total sessions). Each session will last one and a half hours. The cost is $240 per person.
