Salads and Dressings: Classic Broccoli Salad


4 C. broccoli florets
1/4 C. finely diced red onions
3 T. raisins
4 T. dry-roasted sunflower seeds
2 T. fresh orange juice
1/4 C. light mayonnaise


In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, onions, raisins, and sunflower seeds. In a small bowl, whisk the orange juice and mayonnaise until blended. Pour over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
