Salads and Dressings: Chicken Salad with Grapes


3 C. chicken cooked and diced
1 C. seedless grapes, halved
1 C. celery, diced
1/2 C. toasted salted almonds (slivers or chopped)
2 small cans of crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 C. light mayonnaise
4 T. pineapple juice from crushed pineapple


Mix mayonnaise with pineapple juice and then mix with chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, and crushed pineapple.
