1 tsp. olive oil
3 oz. uncooked shrimp
2 C. frozen Chinese vegetables
2 T. reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
1 T. pineapple juice
In nonstick skillet or wok, heat oil. Add shelled and deveined shrimp; cook over medium-high heat, stirring 2 minutes. Add Chinese vegetables; cook, stirring 2 minutes. Add Teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice; cook, stirring, until shrimp and vegetables are cooked, 1-2 minutes.
