1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
1 (10.75 oz.) can reduced sodium tomato soup
2 (15 oz.) cans of kidney beans
Pinch of chili powder
Minced onion (optional)
Brown ground beef. (Sprinkle with minced onion if desired). Add tomato soup. Mix well. Add kidney beans. Mix well. Add a pinch of chili powder for flavoring. Pour all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on slow heat until beans are soft.
