Patient Satisfaction
Our Patient Satisfaction Survey results are one measure of the success of our Service Excellence initiatives. Measuring patient perceptions and gauging loyalty offers vital information about how to provide the best possible quality of care for patients. This survey process helps evaluate clinical and operational performance from the patient's perspective, and since the survey results are available within three weeks of discharge, staff can easily act proactively to address issues. Consistent use of patient satisfaction data helps managers and leaders target important issues that drive patient loyalty.
Employee Satisfaction
The Carolinas HealthCare System Employee Satisfaction goal is to attract, engage and retain committed, competent and caring healthcare professionals while creating an environment where team members respect and support each other so they can perform to their fullest potential. To that end, CHS has conducted annual employee surveys to measure, report and act upon the identified issues for improvement and strengthen organization-wide communication.
Physician Satisfaction
Carolinas HealthCare System conducts an annual physician satisfaction survey administered by HealthStream Research, one of the nation's leading vendors in physician satisfaction. We continue to be honored by our positive results!
