Title   Clinical Trial of CoenzymeQ10 and Lisinopril in Muscular Dystrophies
Brief Description   The study will help determine if CoQ10 or lisinopril improve the decline in cardiac muscle function that occurs in muscular dystrophies. Study Details: The study is a multicenter study being conducted through the Cooperative International Neuromuscular Research Group (CINRG) and will include 120 participants aged 8 and up with Duchenne, Becker, or autosomal recessive limb-girdle (specifically: LGMD 2C-2F and 2I) muscular dystrophies that have no clinical cardiac symptoms.
