In addition to being a leader in his clinical field, Dr. Patt also serves as the residency program director for the orthopedic surgery residency program at Carolinas Medical Center. His primary research interests are clinical outcomes in oncology, spinal tumors and geriatric hip fracture outcomes. He has published 11 peer-reviewed journal articles and multiple book chapters.
