Carolinas Rehabilitation to Offer Stroke Support Group

Carolinas Rehabilitation is offering a Stroke Support Group for stroke survivors and their families to express concerns and feelings following stroke. The group, which meets on the third Wednesday of every month from 2 - 3 p.m. at Carolinas Rehabilitation - Mount Holly, provides a supportive environment to expand knowledge about stroke for survivors and caregivers. This group may be beneficial to you if a) you are a stroke survivor or the family member of a stroke survivor, b) you have difficulty communicating with others since your stroke, or c) you feel frustrated, down or depressed following your stroke or the stroke of a family member.

Monthly meetings will include lecture & education, food and fellowship with other survivors and caregivers as well as community outings. Please call 704-512-3326 or visit carolinashealthcare.org/carolinas-rehabilitation-stroke-program for more information.
