Salads and Dressings: Asian Coleslaw


For the coleslaw:
1 pkg. shredded coleslaw mix (16 oz. size)
For the dressing:
2 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored Ramon noodles; crumbled (discard seasoning pack)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (about 1/4 C.)
1/4 C. sliced almonds (2.25 oz. size pkg.)
1 (29 oz.) can mandarin oranges; drained
1/4 C. sunflower seeds
For the dressing:
1/4 C. Splenda
2 T. canola oil
1 T. Asian sesame oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 C. unseasoned rice vinegar or white vinegar


Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Add dressing and toss.
